Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO THE CRUISESKOOTER AND ANY ACCESSORIES. PLEASE REFER TO OUR “You will Absolutely LOVE IT!” 30-Day Guarantee.
30 days after you receive your purchase. Items must be in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items and a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at CustomerSupport@CruiseSkooter.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct your order. See our Warranty Policy for further information about damaged and defective items.

HOW DO I RETURN MY CRUISE SCOOTER?
When you receive your CruiseSkooter, keep all original packaging including the box. You will re-package your CruiseSkooter back into the box and packaging that it was received in. You may need to add additional packaging to ensure a safe return back to us. Please ensure your CruiseSkooter is properly packaged when returning your product to prevent damage during shipping.
Once re-packaged properly, visit your local FedEx or UPS store, or schedule a pickup at your place of residence or business via one of those two companies. As previously mentioned, you are responsible for shipping costs to ship your CruiseSkooter back to our facility.
Please do not send your CruiseSkooter back to us without having approval from our Customer Support Team.

REFUNDS
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. Once approved, an automatic refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow adequate time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
In the event of a product return, promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned. If you choose to keep any of the promotional items, the MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from your refund.
