SHIPPING POLICY APPLIES TO THE CRUISE SKOOTER AND ANY ACCESSORIES

Standard processing time for orders is 3 business days.

All mobility scooter orders are shipped via FedEx economy shipping.  

A flat rate of $200 applies to all scooter purchases and includes shipping costs of any additional accessories purchased at the same time the scooter is purchased.  

If only accessories are purchased (such as extra batteries, additional charger, bags, etc.) a flat rate of $25 dollars for shipping and handling applies.  Those products can be shipped via FedEx economy or via USPS priority shipping.  

FedEx economy shipping is typically 5 business days.

USPS priority shipping (used for some accessory only purchases) is typically 1-3 business days.

International shipping is not available

NOTIFICATION

Customers should receive email notification at the time of purchase confirming that the order has been received.

Customers will receive a separate email to notify them when their product has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours of being shipped.
