If your Cruise Skooter mobility scooter isn’t everything you hoped it would be, we will provide you with a full refund, minus shipping charges and a restocking fee. You cover the return shipping to get the mobility scooter back to us. The mobility scooter must be in new condition to qualify for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us at CustomerSupport@CruiseSkooter.com to initiate your return. Do not send your mobility scooter back to us without having approval from our Customer Support Team.
To be considered in new condition for a full refund or exchange, your Cruise Skooter must meet the following requirements:
- No visible wear and tear (including the body, seat, hand grips, and tires)
- Clean,
- No scratches, dents, blemishes, etc.
After receiving your return, we will do a collateral value assessment and determine a refund value from there. The assessed refund value will be communicated to you prior to processing the refund.
A collateral value assessment will be performed on your Cruise Skooter within 10 business days of receiving your shipment at our headquarters. After the assessment, our Customer Support Team will communicate with you, via the email on file, regarding our value assessment and begin processing the refund immediately. Deposit into your account is subject to processing by your financial institution and can take up to 5-7 business days.
When you receive your Cruise Skooter, keep all original packaging including the box. You will re-package your Cruise Skooter back into the box and packaging that it was received in. You may need to add additional packaging to ensure a safe return back to us. Please ensure your Cruise Skooter is properly packaged when returning your product to prevent damage during shipping.
Once re-packaged properly, visit your local FedEx or UPS store, or schedule a pickup at your place of residence or business via one of those two companies. As previously mentioned, you are responsible for shipping costs to ship your Cruise Skooter back to our facility.

If your Cruise Skooter is damaged upon receipt, please email the Customer Support Team at CustomerSupport@CruiseSkooter.com and provide pictures, a description of the damage, your name, and order number.

While it is rare that damage occurs, there is risk in shipping a large product, such as a mobility scooter, via ground transportation. We take care to ensure that mobility scooters are packaged with ample materials and protective packaging. With that in mind, once a package leaves our warehouse, it is difficult to control the handling to prevent small shipping scratches and minor blemishes.
